By using Experitor you agree to these terms.
What Experitor is (and is not)
Experitor generates AI-assisted analysis of expert reports and related documents that you upload. It is a research and preparation tool for qualified legal practitioners. It is not legal advice, not a substitute for professional judgment, and not a source of opinions for use in evidence. Experitor evaluates expert reports; it does not draft them, and you must not use it to prepare an expert's opinion. You are responsible for complying with the rules, practice notes, and professional obligations of the courts and jurisdictions in which you practise, including any that govern the use of generative AI in litigation.
Who may use it
The service is offered to legal practitioners, persons acting under their supervision, and other professionals evaluating expert evidence in the course of their work. You must be entitled to possess and process every document you upload.
Your documents and output
You retain all rights in the documents you upload and in the evaluations generated for you; we claim no ownership of either. You are responsible for ensuring that uploading a document does not breach confidentiality, privilege, court orders (including implied undertakings regarding documents obtained in litigation), or third-party rights.
No warranty; verification required
Evaluations are AI-generated and may be incomplete or incorrect. Every finding must be independently verified against the source material before any use. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law, under which certain guarantees cannot be excluded).
Credits, payment and refunds
Evaluations are paid for with credits purchased through Stripe. If an evaluation fails to complete, its credit is refunded to your balance automatically. Except as required by law, purchased credits are otherwise non-refundable. Prices are shown at checkout and are exclusive of GST unless stated.
Acceptable use
No automated scraping, no attempts to overload or probe the service, no sharing of account access, and no uploading of content you lack rights to process. We apply usage limits and may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Experitor is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made or positions taken in reliance on an evaluation. Our total liability in respect of an evaluation is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or discontinue the service. You may stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
