What we collect
Your email address (via Google sign-in), the documents you upload for evaluation, the evaluations generated from them, run logs, and payment records (amounts and Stripe session identifiers; we never see or store card details, which are handled by Stripe).
How documents are processed
Uploaded documents are sent to Anthropic and OpenAI via their commercial APIs to generate the evaluation. Under those providers' API terms, API inputs and outputs are not used to train their models by default. Documents and evaluations are stored in our database (hosted on Railway) so that you can retrieve your results; they are visible only to the account that created them.
What we don't do
We do not sell or share your data, use your documents to train models, or use them for any purpose other than generating and delivering your evaluations and operating the service.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies only: a session cookie for sign-in and, during the pilot, an access cookie. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Retention and deletion
Evaluations and uploaded documents are retained so you can access your history. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us; we will delete it within 30 days, subject to records we must keep by law (e.g. payment records).

You control what you upload. For particularly sensitive matters, contact us about deployment options (including firm-held API keys) before uploading.
